Step into a role where you'll make a lasting impact on every patient's journey to better health!TAKE A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAYThis is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Each day as our Front Desk Customer Service Rep - Patient Coordinator, you'll ensure every patient's journey with Max Health begins with a stellar first impression. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to warmly welcoming new patients, you'll make them feel at ease and excited about their care. You'll ensure all intake paperwork is complete and provide a guided tour of our office to create a comforting environment. Beyond patient interactions, you'll lead our social media and in-office marketing campaigns, crafting engaging content that showcases our practice. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will keep the office running smoothly and make you a key part of our team's success.KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Good social media and graphic design skills
  • Great phone etiquette with amazing people skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • A warm and friendly personality
