The Superintendent will oversee mixed commercial construction projects, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standards. With a focus on business services, the successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and teams.

Oversee and manage construction projects in the Florida region
Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Lead and manage construction teams
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
Report on project progress and budget
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Resolve any on-site issues or delays

Experience in managing construction projects
Proven leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software
An understanding of construction laws and regulations
