- Assist the Network Administrator with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of personal computers,, ethernet networks, network cabling, devices, printers, surveillance cameras, electronic card control devices, and related equipment, etc.
- Troubleshoot computer problems, either repairing in-house and/or making determination to send off-site for repair.
- Train users or arrange training for individuals or staff on system use and applications.
- Evaluates, answers inquiries, diagnoses and resolves operational problems.
- Assists users with transitions to new computerized systems and software packages.
- Pass the Medication Administration test with no more than two attempts and administer medication to clients according to physician orders and using appropriate administration techniques as outlined in the Medication Administration course, if needed.
- Must be able to perform Lifting and Transferring techniques as trained and pass performance testing. The employee may occasionally lift and/or push and pull up to 50 lbs. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement.
- Driving of agency vehicles as necessary for transportation of clients and agency business as assigned.
- Must, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Able to regularly sit, walk, stand, climb up and down stairs and ladders, physically restrain clients pursuant to training (when necessary) and sit at a computer for long periods of time and repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times (typing, data entry).
- Communicate through speech with individuals in service and public in both quiet and noisy environments.
- Operate a personal computer and related software.
- Tolerate various levels of stress and meet deadlines with severe time constraints.
- Demonstrate specific vision abilities which include close, distance, and depth perception and able to read handwritten or typed material, and able to adjust focus.
- Work and concentrate in both noisy and quiet environments.
- Squat, stoop, kneel, and reach above the head. Forward motion will occasionally be required.
- Work inside the building a majority of the time.
- Assist with the Administration and user support of the Google Workspace environment by working in a cloud-based computing environment and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems and cloud-based issues, by using vendor warranty or either repairing in-house and/or making determination to replace it.
- Develops and maintains system profile on current hardware and software.
- Monitors and maintains video surveillance systems at all sites.
- Monitors and maintains Point-of-sale equipment at retail store locations.
- Monitors internet connections and works with internet service providers to maintain quality of service at remote locations.
- Performs some administrative work for departmental information system functions, including writing memoranda, instructions, protocols, or other matters as needed.
- Interact with internal clients at all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate relevant IT-related information to directors, supervisors, and staff.
- Work with IT staff and IT contractors to ensure uninterrupted service to the network.
- Must have strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Takes proper safety precautions, anticipates unsafe circumstances and acts accordingly to prevent accidents. Responsible for the safety of self, others, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in staff training activities and staff meetings, as outlined in the Agency's staff development curriculum.
- Work flexible schedules or within various environments as agency and supervisor deems necessary. Staff attendance and promptness to assigned shifts is essential. The responsibilities of this position may require staff to be able to work irregular, extended, and/or be available for service calls on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Advise supervisor of concerns and problems that arise within the agency.
- Follow agency procedures when purchasing items on behalf of the agency.
- Follow agency policies and procedures in carrying out duties.

- Performs other duties as assigned by the Network Administrator, Human Resources Director/Supervisor, CEO, and/or designee.
- Other reasonable duties as may be assigned.
