- Answer inbound calls and ensure all existing leads are contacted promptly.
- Use training to build strong rapport with potential sellers and help them overcome objections.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships with sellers, keeping in touch for milestones like birthdays, weddings, or other life events.
- Serve as a point of contact for sellers and collaborate with the acquisitions team on potential deals.
- Book and conduct daily sales appointments, negotiating solutions that benefit all parties.
- Travel to Tucson twice a month for in-person meetings and relationship building.
- 2+ years of business and/or sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset — a true “go-getter” who adds value.
- Excellent phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments confidently.
- Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Docs or MS Office Suite.
- Comfortable working some evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel locally as needed (including bi-monthly Tucson trips).
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week in-office at The Heard Building coworking suites in downtown Phoenix.
- First 2 Months: $2,000/month (paid $1,000 on the 1st and $1,000 on the 15th).
- After Month 2: $1,000/month base (paid on the 1st) + commission.
- Commission structure offers uncapped income potential, with high earners expected to exceed $65,000–$85,000 annually.
