- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with senior management, other engineering teams, and business units.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
- XXgn and guide building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale, leveraging SOA design principles on J2EE and .NET platforms.
- Work primarily in technologies like .NET, Angular/REACT, JavaScript, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.
- Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.
- Develop next-generation user interfaces for all applications and innovate on integration patterns using Microservice design.
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex objectives and provide appropriate solutions within the context of the FAST application.
- A strong focus on delivering value to clients, ensuring that their needs are prioritized while balancing operational and regulatory constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in articulating complex product features and benefits to clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across departments.
- At least 5-7 years of Industry experience in working and building large-scale software applications.
- Experience in building web applications.
- Demonstrated programming expertise in Java, C#, or .NET.
- Strong skills with object-oriented programming and Enterprise software design principles.
- Development experience with javascript frameworks (React, Angular, ExtJS) a plus.
- Prior development utilizing SOA concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with Microfrontends and Microservices a plus.
- Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing resources.
- Prior leadership and/or management experience of on-shore and off-shore resources.
- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience in unit/integration testing.
- Experience with AWS Services.
