S&K Building Services is growing fast and is in search of an Account Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. As a successful Account Manager, you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.This position will support Madison Window Cleaning and Central Wisconsin Window Cleaning, S&K acquired companies.

What You'll Do
  • Increase sales using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Who You Are
  • You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the Field Service industry
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships
  • You have experience working with CRMs such as
, Hubspot, and/or Customer Factor * You have familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • You are tech savvy
  • You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • You are self motivated and driven
  • You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed
  • You have a valid driver’s license
  • You reside in or are willing to relocate to the Madison, WI area
  • You have flexibility to travel to the Milwaukee, WI area
  • You are able to travel within your assigned territory
