- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for directorate leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, in accordance with DoD standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office logistics, supply requisitions, and facility coordination.
- Track and manage taskers, suspense items, and deliverables across the directorate.
- Facilitate communication between directorate staff, SSC leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of directorate events, briefings, and engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action items.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting for directorate initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and administrative procedures.
- Support onboarding and clearance processing for new personnel.
- US citizen with an active secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelors or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably within DoD or federal agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DoD protocols, military structure, and Space Force operations is a plus.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a military or government setting.
- Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), and other DoD systems.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
