Job Description:BizTek People is looking for an seasoned LoanIq Data Migration Project Manager for our client in NYC and NJ!Summary:Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a lending platform replacement initiative. The role involves leading the implementation of a new loan servicing system, including systems integration, data migration, reporting, and testing. The candidate will contribute to the design of a new target operating model and help document updated business processes. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across operations, technology, program management, finance, credit, and risk teams.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the successful migration of loan data from the legacy platform to LoanIQDefine and manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within the data migration workstreamIdentify risks, manage escalations, and support mitigation effortsOversee testing phases for data migration and ensure alignment on acceptance criteriaCoordinate data cleanup efforts and lead cutover planning and executionFacilitate requirements gathering for operational reporting and control processesConduct regular stakeholder meetings to address risks, issues, and project updatesProvide post-go-live support and contribute to project stabilizationShare implementation best practices based on prior experience with large-scale systems transitionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 15 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or systems implementationDemonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology or operations projectsStrong background in lending operationsExperience with LoanIQ implementation or enhancement projectsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSQL experience preferred
