Coordinator, Production and Commercialization

- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, including scanning, unpacking, and distributing packages.
- Log, stamp, and organize samples, ensuring accurate tracking and availability for fittings.
- Support the Production Room operations, including receiving, stacking, and arranging New Production Cases (NPC).
- Update shelf signage and assist in scanning to maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist managers with sorting samples, delivering them to fitters, and supporting fittings.
- Request and track samples from archives and distribution centers.
- Deliver samples to various buildings and stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare and organize archive boxes, including logging details and scheduling pickups.
- Support walkthroughs by organizing shoes and returning excess pairs.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Familiarity with shipment tracking, barcoding systems, and basic reporting tools preferred but not required.
