
Sales & Events Coordinator

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Creative to ensure timely delivery of materials for customer meetings and trade activations
- Take ownership of organizing customer-facing materials and ensure field teams have timely access to sales assets
- Coordinate logistics for regional and national events such as tradeshows, barista engagement events, selling shows, and café pop-ups. This includes planning, product shipment, booth setup, and on-site support ensuring a smooth and successful execution that drives brand trial and deepens customer relationships
- Maintain event calendars and workback schedules to ensure flawless execution and alignment with selling seasons
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and internal alignment across events
- Oversee and maintain inventory of branded merchandise and point-of-sale materials
- Liaison between Quality and Customer Service teams to flag and support resolution of product quality control issues
- Support field sales needs and communications across functions
- Assist in planning national sales meeting logistics and team experiences
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with customer contracts, forecasting inputs, and Salesforce reporting. Help maintain process documentation and assist with ad hoc project work.

- Creative problem solver
- 2+ years in sales coordination, event planning, or marketing support. CPG Food & Beverage industry a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal leadership
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action — you follow through, close loops, and drive to completion
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools
- Experience with Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred
- This role requires 15-20% travel for tradeshows and events
