Freelance- Lighting Director & Designer (LD)

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in live event or production lighting design and engineering.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various lighting fixtures, control protocols, power distribution systems, and theatrical rigging principles. Experience with professional lighting consoles (e.g., grandMA, Hog, Avolites) and lighting design software (e.g., Vectorworks Spotlight, AutoCAD).
• Creative Vision: Strong artistic eye and a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and adapt to changing conditions under pressure.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
