Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Temp-permPosition Objective:
The Regional MA Float provides both clinical and administrative support to physicians, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Travel to regional clinics to support providers with exams, treatments, and proceduresPrepare patients and rooms, obtain medical histories, document in EMR, and record vitalsAdminister oral/injectable medications, assist with IV starts, wound care, suture/staple removal, diagnostic tests, and CLIA-waived labsPerform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and in-office testing (EKGs, glucose, PT/INR, pulse oximetry, etc.)Handle front desk operations: phones, scheduling, check-in/out, referrals, prescription management, and patient inquiriesEducate patients on procedures, treatments, and medicationsMaintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and OSHAManage inventory, sterilize equipment, and order supplies/medications as neededAssist in onboarding/training new team membersProvide excellent patient experiences with compassion and professionalismRequirements:Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)High school diploma or GED required; completion of accredited MA program preferred (CMA or RMA)1+ year of Medical Assistant experienceCPR certification preferred; IV start and phlebotomy skills strongly preferredKnowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, medical terminology, and codingStrong computer skills (EMR, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)Reliable transportation to travel within the region (85% travel required)Key Attributes:Positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanorStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential data responsiblyCompensation & Benefits:$21-$22/hour (depending on experience)Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysTRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSee the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.
