Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hourWe're hiring a Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations in a busy outpatient setting. This role is safety-sensitive and includes direct patient care, medication administration, and front desk responsibilities. You'll report to the Office Manager and work closely with providers to ensure a positive patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRoom patients, gather medical history, and record vitals in EMRAssist with exams, procedures, injections, and in-office testingDraw blood, process specimens, and perform CLIA-waived lab testsProvide patient education and support during visitsClean and stock exam rooms; maintain medical supply inventoryAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in/outDocument services and manage records accurately in the EMRAssist with onboarding new staff and support other tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion of a Medical Assistant program preferred (RMA or CMA)At least 1 year of experience in a clinical MA roleCPR, IV start, and phlebotomy certifications preferredProficient in EMR, Google Suite, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsReliable transportation requiredPhysical RequirementsAble to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs for prolonged periodsManual dexterity and vision/hearing within normal rangeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysPay Rate : 20.00Qualifications
