- Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in data and analytics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, apply advanced mathematical concepts, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience implementing new technologies preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, present information, and convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional and technical documents; travel may be required.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational data systems, ensuring effective collection, storage, and flow of information across departments.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and communicate insights from data analysis to inform quality improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support analytics staff while collaborating with stakeholders to develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports aligned with organizational needs.
