Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney - Remote

• Handle civil litigation defense cases, including construction defect, personal injury, and other complex matters
• Independently manage casework from pre-litigation through trial prep
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Collaborate with colleagues virtually while maintaining a high degree of autonomy
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed

• Licensed to practice in California and currently residing in-state (required)
• 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience required
• Background in construction defect or high-exposure PI cases is a plus
• Must be comfortable and effective in a fully remote work environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running
