DescriptionJob Title: Labor & Employment Associate (4–7 Years)
Location: San Francisco, Century City, Sacremento, or Downtown LA, CA
Salary Range: $305,000 – $360,000A leading law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to work on a broad range of sophisticated employment matters in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Responsibilities:Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, including: Single-plaintiff discrimination and wrongful termination claims, Wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions
  • Take ownership of both routine and increasingly complex cases with minimal supervision
  • Deliver creative, pragmatic solutions to complex employment issues
  • Collaborate with experienced partners and mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • 4–7 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and proactively
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the State Bar of California is required
