Assistant Controller
Location: Greater Athens, GA area

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions and cash-related activities
  • Support month-end processes and contribute to management reporting
  • Maintain asset records and assist in streamlining financial workflows
  • Help prepare for reviews and contribute to process documentation and projects
  • Collaborate with senior team members on operational and business initiatives
Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of progressive, diverse accounting experience
  • Strong Excel and organizational skills
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience (or readiness to lead)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA or CMA a plus
  • Construction industry experience highly preferred
  • Software experience with Vista or Viewpoint is a plus
