- Assess branches/Private Banking teams to determine which requires a review and prepare an annual review schedule.
- Create annual Risk Assessments for all branches/Private Banking teams.
- Conduct a review of all items on the QAR Checklist.
- Identify and document process used to select samples.
- Maintain Issue Tracker for all findings noted during a QAR.
- Establish a trust partnership with Branch or Private Banking? Management by collaborating with them to obtain items necessary for the QAR.
- Work with Branch or Private Banking? Management to remediate findings.
- Prepare final review reports to Managers, Audit, Compliance and Retail Operations.
- Maintain complete files and supporting documentation for samples reviewed.
- Participate in the Branch/Private Banking review schedule.
- Provide feedback to better enhance the QAR process and participate in the QAR Program Periodic Procedure update.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or minimum 5 years’ related work experience with minimum 2 years’ Branch Operations experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Bank Operations regulations.
- Must comply with all state and federal regulations.
- Able to travel to designated branches in the NYC boroughs and New Jersey. Requires the use of a personal vehicle.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
- Demonstrate ability to interface effectively with various levels of management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
