- Monitor account performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and sales data.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners to drive business growth.
- Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with hotel operations and marketing.
- Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- This position requires up to 80 %+ travel
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel 80 %+ of the time
