Your primary responsibility is to act as a trusted advisor by aligning cutting-edge technology
strategies with our clients' business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Executive Engagement: Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships to gain deep insight into client
business models, customer pain points, competitive pressures, and growth aspirations.
Technology Strategy & Advisory: Lead the development of future-ready, customized technology
roadmaps that align with client visions, leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI,
Machine Learning, Cloud-Native Architectures, Edge Computing, Blockchain, and more.
Innovation Enablement: Design and deliver collaborative innovation sessions-including workshops,brownbag sessions, and visioning forums-to raise awareness of emerging tech trends and to co-
create impactful use cases tailored to customer contexts.Hackathon Orchestration: Spearhead customer-centric hackathons within our organization to
crowdsource innovative solutions, harnessing internal talent and capabilities to accelerate value
delivery for clients.
Market & Technology Foresight: Continuously monitor market trends, disruptive technologies, and
digital business models to inform both internal strategy and customer conversations.
Use Case Incubation & Prototyping: Partner with domain experts, product teams, and innovation
labs to incubate and prototype high-impact use cases, helping customers quickly validate value from
new technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, delivery, domain consultants, and
engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of the technology vision.
Advocate of Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends in technologies applicable to
enterprise IT topography, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation within the BU team and help
incorporate them into company's offerings.Qualifications:
Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field (BE/B.Tech), MBA a plus
20+ years of experience in IT industry, with proven record of developing products and
solutions
Experience in participating in pitches to CXO / VP level client partners as Subject Matter
Expert.
Pre-sales experience with the ability to act in an advisory capacity to senior level client
management whilst executing and leading on rapid conceptual designs, proof-of concepts,
and client presentationsIndustry experience, ideally in one or two core industry sectors such as Banking/Financial
Services, Insurance, Retail, S&HT
