  • Responds to team member inquiries and requests across various communication channels (phone, email, support ticket system) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assists with resolving uniform-related inquiries and issues from team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assists with administering Sun's purchasing card programs.
  • Uploads and codes invoices into ERP system to ensure payment is processed on a timely basis.
  • Makes travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for team members traveling to/from company events.
  • Assists with maintaining the team member rewards and incentive programs.
  • Assists with monitoring inventory and maintaining an adequate supply of event-related materials.
  • Assists with various special projects as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 1 year HR experience (Preferred)
  • 2 years Administrative experience (Required)
  • 2 years Customer service experience (Required)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
