The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.Job DescriptionAs a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Food & Beverage Manager will oversee, elevate, and influence the service, culture, and overall performance of our dining operations. This strategic and operational role calls for a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive results through innovation, mentorship, and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading multiple outlets, managing P&L performance, shaping the guest experience, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence that aligns with the values of the Auberge Resorts Collection.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of food and beverage operations with a strong focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance.Set and maintain service standards across all outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and a memorable guest experience that reflects the Auberge brand.Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to outlet managers and their teams, driving performance, engagement, and professional development.Oversee day-to-day operations while planning long-term improvements and innovations that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to align front-of-house and back-of-house service standards and product offerings.Analyze operational and financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive profitability, control costs, and optimize labor.Develop and execute marketing initiatives, events, and promotional programs to maximize visibility, guest engagement, and top-line growth.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as company policies and procedures.Champion the Auberge culture by inspiring a high-performance, guest-centric team through consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition.Represent the property and the F&B program in cross-functional meetings and with key stakeholders, acting as a thought partner in strategic planning.Qualifications
  • Five years' experience in managing food and beverage operations.
  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
  • Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
