Job DescriptionGreetings Partner (Mortgage Front Office Assistant)Starting pay rate ranges between $15 to $20/hr DOE.Summit Funding is looking for a polished, professional administrative support specialist to manage the front office responsibilities as well as assist in loan set-up tasks for your team of Loan Officers.Greetings Partner responsibilities include welcoming all guests visiting the branch, answering phones and directing clients and calls accordingly. As this position is one of the first points of contact for our company representing Summit Funding, Inc. in a positive, professional, and compassionate manner is essential.What our Greetings Partner is responsible for:
  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
  • Welcome guests - offer coffee or water and inform the appropriate person when clients arrive.
  • May, at times, assist the branch with unlicensed duties, including but not limited to:
  • Perform initial setup of loan files in the Encompass application.
  • Respond to client inquiries or escalate to the appropriate Team Member as needed.
  • Manage your Loan Officer's calendar, keeping the team on schedule and on task.
  • Manage office facilities - supplies, vendors, building maintenance, mail, and copiers.
  • Manage and update social media sites and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Happy Hour, Lunch and Learn and other events with clients, referral partners, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Circulate cards to sign for Branch staff birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Keep the guest area, conference room, signing room, and kitchen neat and clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of professional office experience preferred
  • Client or customer service experience a must
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week our Klamath Falls office.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
