Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Case Manager who excels in this role:Tasks or functions that are fundamental to the position include:Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and use of therapeutic communication skills including empathy, reflection, and clarification.Empower Consumers with severe mental illness to manage their illness, find their own goals for recovery, and make informed decisions about their treatment.Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to build a network of formal and informal supports for the client and family.Demonstrate knowledge and understanding recovery's core elements, change process, social, and role functioning.Use timely documentation to describe progress toward objectives, barriers to change, and identify new objectives as recovery progresses.Demonstrate the ability to set clear objectives, goals, and expectations and follow through with them effectively.Model healthy coping skills effectively uses stress-vulnerability reduction strategies.Demonstrate effective use of motivational, educational, and cognitive-behavioral interventions.Use clinical consultation and/or supervision when appropriate.Exemplify collaboration in behavior and communication.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.   • Must have/obtain a current Washington State Driver's License with dependable transportation. Must have current/valid Liability Insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LH Company vehicles for LH business purposes.
