Position DescriptionUses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.Job Responsibilities
  • Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
  • Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
  • Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
  • Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to operate forklift
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
EducationHigh School diploma in equivalent education and experienceExperience Requirements1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skillsPhysical & Environmental RequirementsMay be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights.
