- Attend client meetings with members of the client services team to assist and support; understand and help to meet the goals and aims of the client by leveraging and utilizing Hill Robinson services.
- Collect client feedback about their experiences.
- Identify potential improvements on board and cross selling opportunities and organise proposals / quotes as required in cooperation with the Yacht Manager and Captain.
- Yacht visits, basic inspections relating to yacht management and / or new central agency onboarding; assist with onboarding new clients.
- Attend charter inspection visits, technical surveys together with charter managers, compliance, and technical managers
- Support the Charter Managers in planning for shows/receptions/events onboard and ashore.
- Meet with new clients to establish their needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling the Hill Robinson Group services; give presentations to clients about products or services.
- Identify new connections and develop new relationships in areas with opportunity, particularly in the luxury markets and with UHNWI.
- Research industry trends and provide advise colleagues about client strategy for new business opportunities. Be a prominent figure to represent Hill Robinson in and at various industry associations and events and leverage the Group’s expertise.

- Support the US Marketing Manager in planning for shows/receptions/events onboard and ashore.
- Email campaigns – charter, company
- Social media initiatives.
- Assist Moravia Sales Brokers as required, including develop action plan to sign new sales CA’s, prepare CA sales proposals, yacht sales CA marketing campaigns, direct marketing outreach to purchase clients.
- Working with the Moravia brokers, coordinate any open houses or special events on board CA yachts.
- Participate in the development of cruising itineraries.
- Participate in identifying opportunities for cross selling the Hill Robinson Group services; assist with presentations to clients about products or services.
- Identify new connections and assist with developing new opportunities, particularly in the luxury markets and with UHNWI.
- Research industry trends and collaborate with colleagues about client strategy for new business opportunities.
- Administer the planning of curated special events for Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting.
- From time to time, represent Hill Robinson in and at various industry associations and events and leverage the Group’s expertise.
- From time to time, attend client meetings with members of the client services team to assist and support; understand and help to meet the goals and aims of the client by leveraging and utilizing Hill Robinson services.
- Maintain and update CRM Salesforce database as required.
