- Analyze system performance data, user behavior trends, and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure application effectiveness and user experience.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies within enterprise applications and implement strategies to improve automation and business process efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to optimize system integrations, reduce manual work, and streamline enterprise application functionalities.

- Provide leadership with detailed reports and insights on application stability, usability, and areas requiring enhancements.
- Ensure that enterprise applications align with business strategy by leveraging data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Support business stakeholders in identifying key trends and opportunities for optimizing enterprise system utilization and adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, business analysts, and senior leadership to integrate data-driven insights into technology and operational strategies.
- Research and evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in enterprise analytics and optimization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
- Certifications in business intelligence, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), or data analytics preferred.
- 5+ years in enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, or process optimization required.
- Experience in developing and tracking KPIs for enterprise applications.
- Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of automation tools and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
- Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
