We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Insights & Optimization Architect to support our IT Enterprise Applications team.Salary $79,463 - $96,915 depending on experienceRemote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VAUp to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.*Location requirements not applicable to current employees operating under the legal entity of Merakey-USA.Position Details:The Enterprise Applications Insights & Optimization Architect is responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics, business intelligence, and optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency, usability, and performance of enterprise applications. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and optimization methodologies to enhance enterprise application efficiency, usability, and overall business performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring that business decisions are data-driven by developing predictive models, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to enhance workflow automation. The architect collaborates closely with IT, business leaders, and application teams to align insights with strategic objectives, support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, and integrate emerging technologies into the organization’s digital ecosystem. By establishing best practices for data utilization and reporting, the architect helps bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business requirements, enabling continuous optimization of enterprise applications. Duties include:Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Develop advanced reporting dashboards and data visualization solutions that provide real-time insights into enterprise application performance.
  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions to track and optimize user engagement, system efficiency, and application adoption.
  • Analyze system performance data, user behavior trends, and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure application effectiveness and user experience.
Process Optimization & Automation
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies within enterprise applications and implement strategies to improve automation and business process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to optimize system integrations, reduce manual work, and streamline enterprise application functionalities.
  • Research and implement automation tools that enhance enterprise application usability and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Support enterprise-wide process reengineering initiatives by providing analytics-based recommendations to improve digital workflows.
Strategic Decision Support & Reporting
  • Provide leadership with detailed reports and insights on application stability, usability, and areas requiring enhancements.
  • Ensure that enterprise applications align with business strategy by leveraging data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Support business stakeholders in identifying key trends and opportunities for optimizing enterprise system utilization and adoption.
Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, business analysts, and senior leadership to integrate data-driven insights into technology and operational strategies.
  • Research and evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in enterprise analytics and optimization.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Certifications in business intelligence, process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), or data analytics preferred.
Experience:
  • 5+ years in enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, or process optimization required.
  • Experience in developing and tracking KPIs for enterprise applications.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
Leadership and Collaboration Abilities:
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with IT and business leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
