- Define and manage the product roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring business alignment and

- Establish KPIs and track application performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work with IT PMO and operations teams to optimize application governance and deployment methodologies.
- Conduct regular evaluations of enterprise applications to ensure continued alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and develop application enhancement strategies.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for new application initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and governance standards in all enterprise application

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in product management (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe Product Management) preferred.
- Additional certifications in enterprise applications, IT governance, or agile methodologies are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application product management, business analysis, or IT strategy required.
- Proven experience managing the lifecycle of enterprise applications from selection to implementation and
- Strong background in vendor management, software procurement, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Knowledge of enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, EHR, business intelligence tools, cloud solutions).
- Experience in system integrations, API management, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement for enterprise applications
