Actively investigate new Infrastructure technology solutions leveraging AI. Partner with Enterprise Architects and business leaders to ensure infrastructure solutions support strategic goals and capability-based planning. Participate in technology evaluations and RFP processes to recommend suitable infrastructure tools and platforms. Develop and publish solution architecture documents, including integration types, data flows, and security considerations. Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Submit Architecture Conformance Assessments (ACA) and present to Architecture Review Boards (ARB). Ensure adherence to enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) standards and cybersecurity policies. Drive standardization and frictionless experiences across infrastructure platforms. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts and evaluate new infrastructure technologies. Define solution standards, guidelines, and reusable patterns for infrastructure deployment. Ensure end-to-end solution architecture is implemented as designed across infrastructure projects. Provide consulting support to product owners and platform teams on roadmap planning and technical feasibility. Conduct architecture maturity assessments and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Mentor junior architects and engineers, and contribute to the architecture community of practice. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design storyboards. Communicate solution designs and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of experience within IT infrastructure across a multinational organization Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry Experience in working with and influencing geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, virtualization, private cellular networks, and network security. Strong knowledge of various cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models. Familiarity with OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA), and segmentation strategies. Familiarity with incorporating AI in Infrastructure solutions. Experience with enterprise architecture governance processes (e.g., ACA, ARB). Experience with leading large programs with technical complexity, financial management and building organizational capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
