Lead Global S&OE Strategy: Develop and implement a standardized, scalable S&OE framework across all business units and regions. Change Leadership & Integration: Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures. Leverage experience in integrating businesses to harmonize planning practices, align execution frameworks, and accelerate value realization across the enterprise. Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on short- to mid-term planning horizons (0-13 weeks). Performance Management: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor execution performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Scenario Planning & Risk Mitigation: Lead scenario-based planning to proactively manage supply-demand imbalances, capacity constraints, and market volatility. Digital Enablement: Partner with Digital teams to implement advanced planning tools and analytics to enhance visibility and decision-making. Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing global S&OE team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 12 years of sales, supply chain, and/or operations experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in S&OE/S&OP processes. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. Advanced degree from an accredited institution. Deep knowledge of supply chain planning systems and data analytics. Work across a globally distributed workforce, fostering alignment, engagement, and execution across diverse cultures, time zones, and functional teams. This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $176249.97 - $258499.96 a year.
