- CPSE (preschool) SEIT 60 minute sessions at $46/session
- Early Intervention basic 30 minute sessions at $39.50/session
- Evaluates each child in each area of skill development using formal and informal measures upon entrance into program and provides updates on a quarterly basis.
- Responsible for lessons involving readiness skill development and modeling appropriate speech and language skills during sessions
- Involvement in the design and implementation of goals toward development of age appropriate skills for each child as indicated on their IFSP or IEP.
- Assists and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including the child's regular education teacher, in the implementation and carryover of individual therapy goals. Provides ongoing information to the multidisciplinary team regarding specific teaching and/or behavior management strategies.
- Assists the child within the classroom or home environment to encourage compliance with expectations.
- Will gather information on a monthly basis from each of the child's provider(s) for service coordination log.
- Responsible with other team members for children's supervision and safety.
- Maintains contact with the parent or guardian regarding their child's progress on a regular basis.
- Attends IFSP or CPSE meetings when necessary.
- Accurately completes and submits required paperwork

- Physical actions may include, but are not limited to; bending, kneeling, standing, squatting, reaching, printing, crawling, and running.
- Vision, speech, tactical and hearing senses adequate to perform job requirements.
- Frequent sitting/ standing and when appropriate, floor sitting with pediatric patients.
