· Review and approve materials resulting from field reviews for accuracy and to ensure documents are consistent with regulatory requirements and Bureau policies and procedures.
· Oversee personnel functions for SCAs 1 and 2 (DD).
· Provide team caseload management.
· Assign complaint investigations to appropriate staff.
· Serve on multiple committees.
· Present at various in-service training venues including regularly scheduled DQI/Bureau of Program Certification provider trainings.
· Meet with agency boards of directors.
· Maintain ongoing contact with local DDSOs regarding a variety of topics, including facility and service development projects.**Office location and telecommuting to be discussed at time of interview. Possible statewide locations include:

In the event that there is not a valid eligible list for this title in this location, candidates who meet the following promotion qualifications may be qualified for a provisional appointment. To qualify, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as a Standards Compliance Analyst 2 (Developmental Disabilities) or Standards Compliance Analyst 2. If you are appointed provisionally, you must take the next scheduled Civil Service examination for this title, and your score must be reachable on the resulting eligible list, before you can be permanently appointed. If you do not pass the examination or achieve a reachable score, you may not be retained.ORNon-Competitive Promotion (NCP)

To qualify, you must be a current OPWDD employee and have one year of service as a Standards Compliance Analyst 2 (Developmental Disabilities) or Standards Compliance Analyst 2.Additional Comments • If you are currently a New York State employee serving in a permanent competitive qualifying title and eligible for a transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law, you may be appointed to this title as a permanent competitive employee.
- The assignment of PS&T employees will be made in accordance with any agreed upon Memorandum of Understanding between PEF and the local DDSO regarding the posting of job vacancies.
