- Support Flowserve Business System development
- Support or lead front to back site transformation (push to pull)
- 60% or more travel
- English
- 10+ years in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experienced Lean practitioner (Kaizen, 6S, Daily Management, SMED, VSM)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Experience in front to back site transformations (push to pull)
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping (current/future state)
- Experience in implementing and coaching (change management) on core elements of a Lean operations management system (Strategy Deployment, Daily Management & structured problem-solving)
- Operations leadership experience in non-CI roles. (dept. manager, supervisor, plant manager, etc.)
- Multi-region or multi-site experience
