
Senior Solar Sales Engineer

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target markets and territories
- Identify, qualify, and secure commercial solar and energy storage projects
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Deliver tailored business proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Conduct on-site assessments and analyze customer utility data to design solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industries
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, site evaluation, and key design criteria
- Experience presenting ROI, payback, and financial justifications to senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and long sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
