
Human Resources Generalist

- Administers all aspects of benefit administration, including LOA and workers comp case management.
- Facilitate new employee introduction, open enrollment and escalating complex questions to vendors.
- Support safety compliance including respiratory and hearing programs and related reporting.
- Develop recommendations for enhancing employee experience and process improvements.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Proactively reviews compliance and best practice with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of all HR related programs
- Provides back-up support for payroll processing and time and attendance.
- Provides back-up support for recruiting activities, as needed.
- Fosters a culture of inclusivity, collaboration & teamwork.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- BS or BA in related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to apply and administer policies and procedures.
- An analytical and problem-solving mind-set and strength and confidence to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
