
Systems Integration Engineer (Associate or Experienced)

- Assist in facilitating and contributing to system of systems integration and verification activities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of system verification testing within the Hardware in the Loop (HITL) lab environment.
- Support coordination of interface exchanges between the Air Vehicle and Ground Control Station to identify potential gaps.
- Collaborate with technical leads, other program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), suppliers, and the U.S. Navy customer as needed.
- Maintain working-level relationships with customers on the project.
- Help manage and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
- Contribute to defining plans for risk mitigation and identifying opportunities.
- Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learned.
- Provide technical, business, and integration support for the development and execution of project or team plans.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR work related experience with a Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in avionics and/or systems integration
- 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's OR 3+ years with a Master's degree.
- 2+ years in the Aerospace Industry experience
- Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with DOORS (Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System)
- Software development experience
- Experience with unmanned aerial systems
- Applicants must have good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of systems engineering design concepts and techniques
- Knowledge of data system design and architectures
