This individual will work closely with team members and client personnel, handling a variety of moderately complex tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations, or business support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment to escalate complex issues
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in business process improvement or workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of project coordination and reporting tools
  • Exposure to financial services, consulting, or corporate business environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support business execution activities by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization
  • Perform moderately complex administrative and operational support tasks, including documentation, reporting, and coordination across teams
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication to ensure timely delivery of business activities
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and tracking tools to support business functions
  • Serve as a point of contact to client personnel, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries with professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Assist in monitoring progress of tasks, deliverables, and projects to ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities as required
  • Contribute to team efforts by supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects
