IntroductionThe purpose of this role is to support both the documentation of Rewards Operational Corrections and Redress adjustments, and to create new Quality Assurance (QA) processes within the Credit Cards – Loyalty Solutions Rewards and Benefits product area. Specifically, we are looking for someone to:
Understand QA requirements as they relate to credit card rewards adjustments, benefits, third-party rewards/servicing vendor monitoring to create new QA procedures.
Work with procedure writers to support review and creation of control procedures, in alignment with company policy.
Review existing QA procedures to streamline, improve, and optimize QA evaluations.
Adhere to control-creation related issue and corrective action deadlines, where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in creating and implementing QA processes within financial services or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
