Responsibilities:Noblis MSD is seeking Mechanical Engineers to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and obsolescence to support the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I). Additionally we are supporting their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.The Mechanical Engineer position will design, develop, and oversee the manufacturing of mechanical systems and components. Conduct detailed analysis to solve complex engineering problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentor junior engineers while leveraging expertise in CAD software, strong problem-solving skills, and extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.This is a fast-growing program with opportunity for growth and advancement.This requisition covers multiple positions, including:

Required Qualifications:Junior and Mid Level Mechanical Engineer
  • Education: Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Familiarity with equipment design principles
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design & manufacturing tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
  • 10-25% travel required
  • Salary Range: $63,600 - $120,275
Senior Level Mechanical Engineer
  • Education: Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Familiarity with equipment design principles
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D engineering design & manufacturing tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
  • 10-25% travel required
  • Salary Range: $93,200 - $145,550
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with detailed specifications under configuration management
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience interfacing directly with US military technical representatives
  • Experience working with equipment suppliers and vendors
  • Familiarity military specifications for technical design
  • Experience reviewing models and drawings for manufacturability of parts
  • Experience with documentation development including drawings, technical manuals (operation, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair), bill of materials
