- Lead and inspire a team of Call Center Representatives, fostering a positive, supportive environment
- Monitor calls and performance metrics to ensure service excellence and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training to help agents grow and succeed
- Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solutions-focused thinking
- Partner with leadership to meet team goals for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of client requirements, local/state/federal regulations, and internal processes to ensure the team is always compliant
- Track performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements in workflow and service delivery
- Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
- 2+ years of call center experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you know how to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with call center systems, reporting tools, and scheduling software
