Salary: $120k-$150k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as a concrete Project Manager (or project engineer)This is a full time/permanent position with a top Design/Build General and Concrete Contractor.Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Project Manager. This person should have strong experience on concrete construction. They will be responsible for providing overall management direction on project(s).Top Reasons to Work with Us

- Oversee concrete construction and ensure the project is executed in line with budget, Design, and schedule
- Ensure accurate communication between field and office staff
- Lead and help mentor project team
- Oversee project from start to finish
- Review contract documents, budgets, Preconstruction, etc.
- 5+ Years Experience as a concrete Project Manager (or project engineer)
- Self perform concrete
- large structural concrete (Podium, Mid-rise, parking garages, etc.)
- Ability to develop construction schedule via the critical path method
- Ability to understand contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope of work
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
