Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Hours: Monday thru Friday 10 am - 7 pm
Pay: $24.49 - $26.88Essential Functions:Deliver basic contracted customer requirements, including document assembly and finishingServe as point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobsOperate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers)Operate basic office equipment (printer, copier, fax)Apply asset tags to office equipment and update databaseTrack, coordinate, and update moves, adds, or changes of office equipment assetsClean and maintain office equipment as neededProcess and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes; log for billing purposesLog incoming packages and other accountable mailProcess basic forms and update information using a PCWrap, pack, label, and ship finished productCollect and submit meter readsMaintain supply inventory and distribute as requiredProblem-solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirementsPerform quality inspection before, during, and after production runsSort and scan hardcopy materials or other mediums for digital useCollect data and respond to print/copy equipment issues, contacting service personnel as neededOperate low- to mid-speed printers and copiersEstimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobsTrack and store jobs for customer reuse, including file backupPerform file/document conversion using standard softwarePerform operator maintenance on equipmentMaintain reporting logs and billing informationProvide mail delivery and courier duties as requestedAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment safelySkills:Basic computer skills, including PC functions (keyboard, mouse, file management)Functional knowledge of MS Office (Excel for reporting, Outlook for communication)Ability to send/receive emails, open/save files, and perform data entryWeb access and browsing skills, including sending documents to preconfigured printersBasic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)Demonstrated business maturity and professionalismExperience:Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environmentPost–high school technology training or experience preferredEducation:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Education verification requiredExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
