- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
- Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related activities at the front desk.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and/or emergency personnel as required.
- Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
