✅ Growth Opportunities – Real potential for career advancementYour Role as Account Advisor:As an Account Advisor, you will be the trusted insurance professional for an assigned book of business, responsible for managing renewals, responding to client needs, and collaborating with carriers to ensure exceptional service. This role requires independence, accountability, and a client-focused mindset to deliver proactive, high-quality insurance servicing.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Client Service & Relationship ManagementDeliver prompt, professional, and accurate service in line with 24-hour email and same-day call response standardsAct as the primary contact for policy changes, billing, certificates, and claims guidanceMaintain strong client and carrier relationships and contribute to long-term client retention🔹 Renewal & Policy ManagementOversee all aspects of the renewal process, including marketing, proposals, and timeline coordinationReview new and renewal policies for rating, coverage accuracy, and complianceEnsure timely documentation and policy delivery using AMS360 and ImageRight🔹 Team Collaboration & Account SupportWork with Producers, Sales Executives, and Team Leaders to keep them informed of key developmentsAttend client meetings and strategy calls when neededSupport cross-selling and special projects as directed by management🔹 Other Duties as AssignedUphold company values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence in all activitiesWhat You Need to Succeed:✔ Key CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage deadlines and multitaskStrong attention to detail and accuracy in policy reviewProblem-solving skills with ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360, ImageRight, and Agency Zoom strongly preferredSelf-motivated with a collaborative work ethic✔ QualificationsAssociate’s degree or higher preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or personal insurance account servicingExperience managing a book of business and direct client contact preferredActive Property & Casualty Insurance License requiredImportant Information:🚨Insurance Marketing Agencies participates in E-Verify to confirm employment authorization.
