OverviewSeeking a Procurement/Logistics/Facility/Project Coordinator Manager Engineer to support IT integrations for a DoD customer. This position is based in Fayetteville, NC and requires on-site support.ResponsibilitiesProvide logistics support, preparing documentation such as policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and templates.Manage facility operations, including real property, HVAC, perimeter security, parking, warehouse, and surrounding grounds.Oversee asset management for both company and government-owned/leased equipment and materials, including database/software management for procurement, logistics, and property.Develop requisitions, track equipment/components/parts, and manage logistics material allocation and storage.Review configuration changes for logistical impacts and support lifecycle management with documentation, drawings, and manuals.Assist in maintenance engineering and logistics support, including planning and proposal contributions.Source, negotiate, and purchase supplies, machinery, equipment, and services.Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule.Prepare RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, and purchase orders, and conduct purchase card reconciliations as required.Analyze contractual commitments, design changes, and customer requirements for lifecycle logistics planning.Coordinate subcontractors, production, and field service to meet program commitments.Develop handbooks, bulletins, and information systems for logistics support.Maintain detailed procurement and supply chain records.Locate, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and reliability.Represent the organization in supplier negotiations and policy formulation.QualificationsHigh school diploma with 36 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience).Required Skills and ExperienceActive Secret clearance; must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI.Valid U.S. Passport and Drivers License.Experience in developing and managing procurement and contract policies/procedures.Skilled in requisition and purchase order processing.Familiarity with military air movement processes.Knowledge of inventory tools (e.g., integrated RFID).Experience with Command Supply Discipline Program.Proficiency in Property Book Management, Supply/Logistic Ordering Systems, Logistic Budgeting, Direct Shipment Management, and Inventory Operations.Knowledge of GSA and DFARS requirements.Must obtain a forklift license within 180 days of employment.Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience supporting Special Operations.Familiarity with ServiceNow.Strong communication skills with Director-level stakeholders.Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including protective masks, helmets, body armor, and chemical/biological garments.Medically and physically fit for OCONUS deployment with U.S. Military Forces under USCENTCOM medical standards.
