- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Desire to work both in and out of test vehicles
- Proficient using INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow
- Understanding of the goals of On-Board Diagnostics
- Functional understanding of transmission design and operation
- Basic proficiency with the major purpose & components in an electrified propulsion system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
- Self-motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database applications
- Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in OBD calibration, propulsion system component calibration, OBD or propulsion controls within the electric, gasoline or diesel industry
- INCA, Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Minitab, C++ and Visual Basic experience
- Experience with vehicle/control system calibration
- Functional understanding of PID Control Systems
- Functional understanding of Gas Engine operation
- Functional Understanding of Gas Engine exhaust aftertreatment
- Years experience: Prefer 3+, but willing to work with new graduates if they have some college/internship experience
- Location: Chelsea Proving Grounds (CPG) – Onsite 100%
- Driving a Stellantis vehicle is required: Will be required to be drive STLA M-plates & This project is for Hellcat, so any applicants must be experienced drivers & high performance driving/training is a huge plus.
- Travel: Yes, up to 20%. All within USA (Colorado, Arizona, California)
