
Senior Financial Analyst- Supply Management

- Provide functional expertise and support to the Supply Management team related to material costs, performance measurements, and business profitability.
- Administer material inflation tracking and reporting processes to ensure accurate reporting of inflation across suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain purchased cost savings productivity tracking and reporting processes within the Supply Management function ensuring reporting accurately measures and monitors productivity results and enables driving cost improvements.
- Review contracts for both new and existing suppliers as necessary while ensuring execution of proper accounting treatment for respective terms and conditions and ensure contracts are approved per the corporate review and approval process.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes including working closely with the Supply Management teams to develop inflation, productivity, and other projections as necessary.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for both ongoing and new suppliers to help enable identification of potential purchased cost savings opportunities, optimal inventory levels, optimal supplier terms, and other financial analysis as relevant.
- Support annual physical inventory and periodic WIP audits as necessary.
