My minimum expectations for this position include monthly goals for Auto, Home and Life and Health.
Auto =25 apps per month
Fire = 12 apps per month
Health STDI = 4 per month
Life = 4 apps per month

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
- Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
- Willingness to learn and motivated by money
- 3 years or more insurance sales experience with State Farm
- Successful track record of attaining monthly goals

- Base salary + commission
- Commission is uncapped and the more you sell, the higher the commission % increases
