Expectations are 50+ P&C apps per month and a minimum of 4 "issued" Life Policies.
We are goal oriented but also want to be sure that we offer what the customer needs, so being able to "pivot" over to other lines is crucial. This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be very lucrative since there is no cap on monthly commissions.
There are daily, weekly and monthly goals to achieve for each team member, as well as the overall office goals.
