- Plan and prepare work instructions that provide direction for corrective maintenance repairs, performance of preventive maintenance, and the implementation of modifications. Select and approve purchase or make procurement recommendations for all materials needed for work package execution.
- Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities and to provide input for refining and improving work package quality. Interface and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues.
- Develop revise, and review maintenance procedures to facilitate and enhance work package development, maintain compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendation, and maintenance direction.
- Coordinate, develop and Update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
- Develop detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback. Coordinate with CEC work management as required to ensure interactive components in the schedule can be met.
- Assist in the development of contingency plans by working with Project Managers and Field Leads.
- Support planning with work package customization
- Schedule and status activities for both outage and non-outage work scope
- Identify required tooling, parts, material and consumables required to perform work activity for work package development.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
